This is the water that remains after soaking rice or boiling rice. It is very beneficial for the nourishment of the skin, as it contains many vitamins and minerals necessary for the skin.

How To Make Rice Water
To make this water, firstly, clean and wash 1 cup of rice and put it in a vessel.
Add 3 cups of water to this vessel and keep it covered for 15 to 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, sieve this water in a vessel, and it is ready to use.
Or you can use the water which remains after boiling rice.

Ingredients Needed
1) 1 cup of rice water
2) 1 old cloth (or cotton)
To use this mask for face, firstly take a piece of small cotton cloth and make small holes in it for your eyes, nose, and mouth.
Soak this cloth in rice water for 5 to 10 minutes.
Soak this cloth in rice water for 5 to 10 minutes.
After soaking, squeeze it lightly and keep it on your face for 20 to 25 minutes.
Later wash your face with normal water.
This will nourish and tighten the skin of your face.
This mask will remove the wrinkles and fine lines from the skin of your face and the face will look much younger than your age.
