1) Drink 4 glass of water early in the morning


Whenever you wake up in the morning, firstly drink 4 glasses of lukewarm water without brushing.

2) Drink water after 1 hour of your meal


Whenever you have your meal during the day like breakfast, lunch and dinner, do not drink water with it or immediately after the meal.
  
If you want to drink then drink 1 glass of water at least 40 minutes before the meal.

And when you have your meal then drink water after 1 hour of your meal and that too lukewarm.

This will improve your digestive system very well, you will get rid of problems like flatulence, indigestion, etc., and your fat will start reducing through sweat and urine.



3) Never drink water while standing


According to Ayurveda, water should always be drunk while sitting.

 

4) Drink in small sips


Do not drink water in a single gulp but drink by taking small sips.
